 Dear Rarst,

 Thanks for your response.

 What concern do you have on the implementation side of front end visitors
 looking at the website at their own time zone ? The website would always
 operate at a single timezone, time-difference would be added to the main
 website's time.

 Example:
 - Front end visitor: [main time]+[front end time user difference]
 - Back end user: [main time]+[back end time user difference]

 Does it make sense?
