 The bigger problem in my opinion is, that users have to know where pluginX
 is adding its menu entries.
 We have to search all level of menu entries to find the one we are looking
 for.
 Instead of separating entries by plugins, we should more include them.
 I like the idea of the meta level, but why not combing these two ideas?
