Comment:

 Hi @aduth now that these strings have perculated to translate.wp.org I
 realized that there was an unnecessary string that shouldn't be
 translatable.

 I've uploaded
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/46098/46098.3.diff
 46098.3.diff] to address this and remove the translation comment, string
 and make the placeholders %s as they'll never move.

 Can you take a look so we can remove the unnecessary string.
