 I agree with @nerrad that this is a good opportunity to update the Plugin
 area and to combine them into one screen.  Was just thinking on the same
 lines that he's talking about where Search will show a number under each
 tab that matches in the search.

 However, I wonder if some standards on what the plugin authors can include
 in their headers that can be useful in the search so manually
 added/premium plug-ins benefit from the search as well.
