Comment:

 I think this separate section for highlighting the features that are
 present in plugins that are already installed is very elegant and would
 serve users well. We could shift the focus even further so it's more about
 the features rather than the plugins.

 In addition, it would be great to surface this information regardless of
 whether the plugin is active or not.

 That said, there's a lot of conjecture and opinions in this thread. Some
 UX research would go a long way to deciding whether this is the right path
 to take.
