 I don't like the idea of creating a separated section for installed
 plugins just by they have that functionality.

 I suggest **no hijacking the plugin search results at all**! As the
 plugins (that have the functionality) already in the list. There's no need
 to highlight them anymore.

 Another solution for that is: **adding a filter for plugin description**
 in the card that allows the plugin to show more meaningful description to
 users if they search for a functionality that the plugin already have.
