 Hi @javorszky

 **Settings**:

 - Under Settings > Discussion > Other comment settings", choose: "Show
 comments cookies opt-in checkbox.".

 - Under Settings > Discussion > Before a comment appears, choose both
 "Comment must be manually approved" and "Comment author must have a
 previously approved comment".

 **Without patch**:

 Comment made by a general user won't show up on his/her browser after
 he/she submits the comment ''if'' "Save my name, email, and website in
 this browser for the next time I comment." is ''not'' chosen. Only after
 approval.

 **With patch**:

 Comment made in the same way should appear once (assuming patch works)
 after the page refreshes and the browser fetches the comment. Won't appear
 on subsequent visits till approval.
