 @laurelfulford IMO the most important part is to get default block styles
 into all themes. Wide images (and other content) must be decided on a
 theme-by-theme basis because each is so different. Another thing to look
 at would be whether the themes should have the full spectrum of custom
 colors or only colors to correspond with the theme colors.
