 @afercia: We can definitely update that copy. I'm thinking of making a
 Classic Editor section that could elaborate, as well. I'm think we should
 keep the modal in that first link at the top of the page, but within the
 section, when we mention a11y, we can link to the featured plugin page
 with additional instructions on how to install. Would that work?
