 [attachment:"45283.2.diff"] is based on @danielbachhuber's suggesting in
 GB10929, to capture the output from these filters that some plugins use to
 output hidden input fields.

 It also adds filtering to ''only'' allow hidden input fields, so other
 output can be accidentally dumped into the form.

 ACF works correctly, with no modification, with this patch.

 @danielbachhuber: What do you think of this direction?
