 I understand what you're saying, but that's a significantly larger
 project, for which we currently have only one use for. If it turns out
 that we'd like to do these callouts regularly in the future, we can
 certainly explore a more generic approach.

 In the mean time, I can live with the slight inconveniences of attaching
 the callout to a release, if it gives us more time to focus on getting
 Gutenberg ready.
