 Hey Adam, I've had no problems getting the production WordPress 4.9.7
 installed, but cloning the dev repo at https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/
 has taken more than 24 hours via `git svn` and from what I could gather
 from the docs this was the first step. Is there a better way to get a
 testing env set up? I got stuck on
 https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/testing/beta/ . This is on
 Windows BTW.
