 Looking at the mockup in the comment 130, all the links need to be
 underlined. Color alone is not sufficient to distinguish them from normal
 text. Please refer to the [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-
 practices/coding-standards/accessibility-coding-standards/#links-
 underline-or-no-underline Links: underline or no underline? coding
 standards].


 Also, it would be great to clarify the "Learn more" link. Ideally, the
 links text should be meaningful also when read out of context. While for
 the links within the paragraphs a bit of exploration of the surrounding
 content is acceptable, the "Learn more" link is basically equivalent to a
 "Read more" link. It needs to be expanded with a reference to the
 ''what''. Something like "Learn more about Gutenberg".
