 Would this overwrite existing Privacy Policy pages created through the
 standard Pages section of `wp-admin`? This seems like it would have some
 overlap with the Meta (more so Plugins) team to ensure plugins that
 collect any data disclose the fact. I think the main onus is on the site
 owner, however I think some reasonable steps should be made in ensuring
 plugins hook into some kind of Privacy screen and disclose what
 information is sent.
