Comment:

 In slack we discussed few options for this. IMHO letting the site owner(s)
 compose and edit the privacy policy has several advantages:
 - Remove duplicates and generally ensure better wording and grammar.
 - As parts of the info will be outputted by plugins, it may not be
 translated in all languages. A site owner will be able to translate and
 incorporate it.
 - Site owners will be able to get legal advice on the whole content of the
 policy.
