 [attachment:43473_split_all_texts.diff] continues on the text + php class
 of `43473.patch` and:

 - splits all sentences into single translation texts
 - adds an extra method in the class and separates the editor content with
 the postbox content
 - Postbox shows the 'default WordPress policy' as seen in, editor just has
 the headings for a 'map' as seen in
 [attachment:43473_split_all_texts_privacy_policy_page.png] ( Note: I
 removed the height of the postbox just so I can grab the screenshot and
 you can preview the text more easily ).
 - Privacy Policy Settings page shows the 'tutorial' as seen in
 [attachment:43473_split_all_texts_privacy_settings.png]

 Sorry about the 1 `!important` rule in the CSS but instead of moving the
 whole block at the moment to make the `<h2>` stick I thought 1
 specifically targeted h2 wouldn't matter having an !important rule. If not
 we can easily fix it ( did it this way to have a cleaner .diff at the
 moment ).
