Comment:

 In [attachment:43715.4.diff] based on previous patches made the necessary
 changes as seen on [attachment:43715.4.jpg] by utilizing the newly added
 `the_privacy_policy_link()`.

 Note: I thought of keeping everything in 1 line this time to not add any
 extra footer 'height' as it was done in the previous patches.
