 The lovely folks from #themereview after a little chat we had told me that
 we can create a Make post informing the authors of this change so we can
 spread it a bit, but apart from that it'll be up to the authors to take
 care of it at the end.

 If in any case we 'have' to add something I'd personally go for the inline
 even if I'm not a fan as well. I don't like the idea of outputting a full
 extra `<style>` in the header no matter how small it could be at all.
