 I tested below cases and passed all.

 T/C 01 : 24-hour clock

 1) 0:0
 2) 0:59
 3) 23:59
 4) 24:00 - should be error 'Invalid hour'

 T/C 02 - 12-hour clock

 1) 0:00 -> If you type '0', then automatically converted to '12'. It is
 good.
 2) 12:00
 3) 12:59
 4) 13:00 - should be error 'Invalid hour'
