 In [attachment:41083.5.diff] I was wondering about the case where
 {{{inet_ntop()}}} and {{{inet_pton()}}} are not available.

 If it would be better if the
 {{{WP_Community_Events::get_unsafe_client_ip()}}} method returned
 {{{false}}}, instead of sending out the actual full IP address?
