 Hi there @mackensen! Thanks for creating this ticket and bringing
 accessibility to the forefront.

 Even though colors have been changed after launch in the past on Twenty
 Ten, it's not something I'd do at this point, even for an improvement in
 accessibility. Here's why:

 - The theme is the oldest default theme, and I'd rather put effort into
 the newer themes where needed. (Even though this would be simple.)
 - Even a simple color change would mean altering the appearance of
 200,000-plus sites, and not all site owners may be happy with that.
 - Some of the newer default themes do meet WCAG 2.0 AA color contrast
 standards, as the community got better at this as we built new themes.
 - This can be tweaked with CSS in the Customizer without the need for a
 child theme, if it's important to the site owner.
