 This is the same issue as #14794, but the goal posts have shifted a little
 and 777 fails 4.5:1 contrast against FFF. Slightly darkening the gray to
 757575 passes WCAG level AA on contrast. I used WebAIM's tool to verify
 the contrast. Compare
