 Additional issues with 4.9 in IE11:
 * Cutting content with Ctrl+X doesn't work.
 * Double clicking a word to select it doesn't work.
 Both cause the same `Object doesn't support property or method 'matches'`
 error.

 4.8.3 appears to work as expected.
