 I do believe we should have a discussion about dynamic content blocks as
 it can be used in the Gutenberg editor as well as the customizer. We
 should also bring in the design group when discussing these things.

 As I see it.
 Dynamic = something that changes. This seems to be posts. But can one
 broaden this concept to also include global blocks?

 Global block = something that is used through the full site (or perhaps
 just some of the site). Could be the header, footer, sidebar, menu etc.

 Again this is a discussion we need to have. To brain storm ideas and
 concepts.
