#40062: Losing Cursor Position While Editing

It is common practice when editing some content within an application to
simply put your cursor on where you want to insert some new or revised
text and start typing. When you attempt to do this in Wordpress,
sometimes the cursor jumps to the end of the document and you lose the
position of where you were editing. To reproduce this problem:
- Open a Wordpress post
- Position the cursor somewhere in the post
- Start typing to insert some text
- The cursor will jump to the end of the post, the text will go in there
instead of where the cursor was positioned, and you will need to go back
and find the original position where you intended to inserr the text
