 At the moment there is no code editor that works well with screen readers.
 2 Weeks ago I listened to a talk by Florian Beijers (@zersiax on Twitter):
 Accessibility in software development tools. Florian is a blind software
 developer and he tested a lot of code editors and none performed
 sufficient for screen readers. So a plain text editor works best for
 screen reader users at the moment. Maybe in a few years, but not now.
