 We discussed this in the accessibility meeting and have the following
 options and concerns
 - there should be a no-js fallback anyways
 - not all users might like the syntax highlighting
 - it might potentially introduce accessibility barriers
 - the colours need to be checked for contrast and maybe adjustable
 - could slow load & rendering times
 - make it off by default or introduce a control to "switch" to the plain
 text editor

 We gave this to the wpa11y test team to test.
 We installed the patch with the codemirror on the test server and let them
 edit a template with this code editor.
 I will report the results later, but what struck me the most was how
 worried blind content editors are, having the plain text editor changed
 and a new editor forced up unto them that adds extra clutter they didn't
 asked for.

 And on a personal note:
 It looks nice, if you are a coder and used to sublime text etc, but is
 there real value for the common user? It adds just ballast. Should
 WordPress provide this out of the box? Or is this plugin material. I think
 the latter.
