be super valuable. It does risks putting outdated hosts in a bad spot
because the curtain gets pulled back, but that might not be such a bad
thing after all this time.
A dashboard notice was considered in #9751 and while I was originally in
favor, without a large amount of educational information (much more than
could or should reasonably fit in a notice), it doesn't solve anything. It
just becomes either a notice for users to ignore or if not worded really
well, argumentum in terrorem.
