 This now needs wider testing.

 Also, that last reference to Froogaloop does need to be removed, though we
 aren't sure the scenario where the code is invoked. It was introduced in
 [31016] for #29267. From reading the commit message, it seems it is
 supposed to be enqueued when adding a Vimeo to a post, but I can't
 reproduce that. @wonderboymusic do you recall?
