 I have the same problem with child theme.

 All plugins disabled.
 Child Theme - Twenty Twelve
 WP version 4.9.1 (Clear Core, I tested)
 Runung on MAMP 4.2.1
 Templates placed in page-templates/
 One of Template header (I tried name it on English):
