 I'm not saying @simonp303 doesn't have a problem. I believe he has a
 problem. That's why I recommended to create a topic in support forum.

 I'm sorry if I didn't sound collaborative indicating the issue don't
 happens in a fresh install and linking the appropriate channel to solve
 his problem.
