 Revisiting this ticket in design triage today. Really like that codepen
 prototype, @xavortm!

 What if we updated the label in addition to adding a spinner, similar to
 how plugin and theme updates are done inline? ("Shiny Updates"). Attaching
 a gif to show what I mean.
