 Fallback fixed width added back in [[attachment:32296-d.diff]], additional
 screenshots of IE 9, 10, 11 and Edge of the diff added to
 https://cloudup.com/cdo2nHseiyD - all are testing out well for me.
 Leaving this tagged as needs-testing as it would be good to get some other
 eyes on it besides me.
