 I tested out [[attachment:32296-c.diff]] on IE9, and IE10 and have posted
 the screenshots comparing the diff against trunk here:

 This is without any fixed-width fallback, so I was a bit surprised at the
 results since it looks fine.  @westonruter I will still add in the fixed
 width fallback though, just in case.
