 Why not just allow site admins to decide which tinymce buttons should be
 available for users in settings? I agree that some are "misused,"
 underline being the top example, but removing options like alignment &
 text color could really hinder functionality for designers. Improving user
 experience is the responsibility of a site's designer. I already edit the
 color palette to limit options for editors, for example, and I don't want
 to have to add another (bloated) tinymce plugin every time I create a
 site. Disabling h1 by default creates problems when using "administrative"
 h1 page/post titles that are hidden from search engines (and the SEO
 friendly h1 resides in the content div). Sites with deep structures often
 need to do this to keep structures organized.  Seems like there's a little
 too much "hey, we're smarter than you so we're going to limit your options
 like Microsoft does" in this trac.  Thanks for listening.
