 shouldn't be used more than once, maybe we could just leverage that and

 being edited is a page (post_type). This suggestion might be a stretch,
 but I'm just throwing this idea out there in case there are others who

 Something like this? Obviously better designed. Just to make sure users do
 NOT keep adding h1's.

 While having the center button with other align button makes all the
 sense, it's just used a lot and having it in the primary toolbar is
 important. But putting other align tools there is wasting space since
 other important elements can be there.
