 I'll try to take a look later tonight, but from a quick glance, some of
 the changes in [attachment:38172.9.diff] are missing in
 [attachment:38172.10.diff]. The header template in Twenty Seventeen also
 looks way more complicated than it needs to be, so I'll try to simplify
 that a bit, too.
