 I don't like the idea of moving the alignment buttons either. From my
 experience they are used a lot and moving them on the second row is going
 to cause frustration for many users.

 On the other hand, the Horizontal Line and Strikethrough buttons are
 rarely used and they can be placed in the kitchen sink without problems.
 Besides, they kind of break the visual hierarchy on the first row because
 of their small height.

 My proposal is to arrange the buttons like you see in the mockup below.

 PS: For now, I removed the Underline button, but if you plan on replacing
 it with Mark, even better.
