 One thing we still need to add is default styling for the play/pause
 button. I'm wondering if we should use the design @melchoyce specified for
 Twenty Seventeen in #38697 as the core default and allow it to be
 overridden by other themes, or if it would be better to leave it
 intentionally under-styled to so themes can more easily add their own
 styles without needing to override what core is doing?
