 I just fired up IE9 in a VM with trunk on the same commit number as
 @peterwilsoncc and I'm also not able to reproduce this using the same
 YouTube video as a custom header video. However, I did notice that pasting
 the exact YouTube URL that Peter mentioned resulted in a playback error,
 so I had to use the sharing URL (https://youtu.be/btPJPFnesV4) to get the
 video to load at all.
