 I've attached an animated gif, you'll see scroll bar move and the iframe
 from an embedded tweet in my sample data float up the screen.

 I get the same result for both the source and build directories. I'm at
 [39081], the latest commit at the time of writing.

 I've set the video to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=btPJPFnesV4

 I'll download a VM from modern.ie to double check I get the same result.
