 I have tried the patch ( 36534.diff) without luck. imagick is not
 installed in my server, so the problem must be related to other things. OR
 maybe i get the error because imagick is not installed. Is imagick
 required now?

 I get the HTTP-error instantly when trying to upload an image. Not after
 or during processing but instantly.

 Sometimes when I save a post after the error, the image is somehow showing
 up in the editor just fine. But only sometimes maybe 1 out of 3 times.

 Here is my info:
