Comment:

 I like the idea behind improving this microcopy in some way, though I have
 some reservations about "with Live Preview". I think moving to "Manage
 with Live Preview" might actually introduce ''more'' confusion, not less.

 Currently the only place where "Live Preview" is referenced is in the
 theme previewer. Live previewing something and ''managing'' something in a
 live preview aren't contextually the same, so we should be careful about
 conflating the two.
