 The old widgets and menus screens in the admin feature "Manage in
 Customizer" links to encourage users to try the more updated versions of
 the features with live preview in the customizer. Unfortunately, this
 wording doesn't provide much of a description of what advantages these
 interfaces have, especially for users who don't know about or fully
 understand the scope of the customizer.

 If these links were changed to read "Manage with Live Preview", they would
 do a better job encouraging users to try the customizer versions of
 widgets and menus, by explicitly mentioning the live preview aspect that
 is the biggest differentiator between the different interfaces.

 This is a great first ticket for a new contributor to create a patch for,
 although I can make a patch for 4.6 if no one is able to get to it at WCEU
 contributor day.
