 A couple more notes:

 * [attachment:37116-nodejs-4x-lts.diff] includes the 4.4, 4.5, and /trunk
 branches, I've also refreshed the patch for #35105 though only included
 /trunk in the patch

 * Each patch contains NPM & NodeJS version check before and after
 installing the new NodeJS version, makes things a little easier to debug
 knowing before and after NPM & NodeJS versions
