 Howdy Lamda,

 If it's coming from Jetpack (and a Jetpack class), it's something we
 should determine internally what is causing the double-output. Once we
 have a better sense of why we, on the Jetpack end, inserting it twice and
 it seems like an issue with the core theme, we can open a ticket specific
 to that.

 Closing this pending further investigation.
