 While I'm here, one thought on the color picker: I will forever be for
 just removing it, but if that's not an option, what about removing all
 colors that would produce insufficient contrast with a white (or near
 white, #eee?) background. This is hardly foolproof, but it would address
 my personal primary concern about the color picker for a vast majority of
 sites.
