 After updating a couple of sites to Version 4.6, the Windows 10 partial
 search option on image uploads no longer works. Side by side comparison
 between current 4.6 version and site with previous version, images will
 upload for selection after partial search term on site with previous
 version, will NOT work on site updated with 4.6. Typing an "*" at the end
 of the partial search term in the search bar does not work either. I have
 only updated a few sites with 4.6 and am having partial search issues on
 every one. Will not update other sites until issue has been resolved.
