 * Fixes alignment in the hash notation for `get_sites()`
 * Adds changelog entries to the DocBlocks for
 `ms_allowed_http_request_hosts()`, `wp_update_network_site_counts()`,
 `wp_get_sites()`, and `get_site_by_path()` noting that they've been
 converted to use `get_sites()`
 * Other minor spacing fixes
