 @smashingjay thanks for re-opening and apologies for closing if the issue
 isn't what I described.

 In the original bug report, @unicornbacon described an error message of
 `Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded` - what error
 are you seeing in your log files?

 I will try to replicate the issue locally by matching your stated config
 as best I can; did you try the fixes mentioned on the support ticket and
 did they resolve the issue for you?
